Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef is required.
• Basic Food Hygiene Level 2.
• Presentable appearance for kitchen and public spaces.
• Adaptable for multi-function areas.

Responsibilities

• Food to be prepared and served according to spec.
• Preparations to be kept clean and tidy.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, production and presentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when using equipment.
• Adhere to company standards and policies.
• Work with Head & Executive chef to ensure food service standards are met.
• Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
• Minimise wastage.
