Job summary

Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust is seeking a part-time MAT Finance Officer to support operational finance across trust sites in Coventry. The role is 22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (negotiable for the right candidate), and permanent.

The postholder will ensure compliance and efficiency in financial administration while working with the public and across Trust sites. Candidates should have GCSEs with strong Maths/English, experience with Google applications, and good health & safety

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE, with good grades in Maths and English (C or better)
• Experience of using Google applications
• Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements
• Experience of working with the general public
• Hands on experience of financial administration
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Ability to work independently
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality operational finance across the Trust.
• Assist with compliance and efficiency across MAT sites.
• Support cross-site finance operations and administrative tasks.
