Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a Trust Finance Manager to join the Trust Central Team. You will support allocated academies, provide financial insights, and help ensure effective budget management across the Trust.
You will bring proven finance experience, ideally in education, and be confident with numbers and IT. This part-time role (25-30 hours/week) offers a flexible, values-driven environment where you can contribute to continuous improvement.
The Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced finance professional to join our Trust Central Team as a Trust Finance Manager. You’ll play a key role in supporting your allocated academies, working closely with Principals and Business Teams to provide insightful financial information, support effective budget management and help ensure our academies are financially well placed to succeed.
You’ll bring proven finance experience, ideally within an education setting, alongside experience of managing budgets and a strong eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident with numbers and IT, able to build effective relationships and comfortable managing competing priorities.
