ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and deliver the events management plan and process
• Plan and deliver showcase events, ensuring attendance of important clients such as event bookers, PAs, and key corporate guests
• Plan and manage events booked by the Sales Team for all parties
• Prepare function and run sheets, loaded into the specific Teams folder for Operations and Kitchen visibility, working to outlined deadlines
• Attend weekly meetings with the Events Manager to ensure shared knowledge of all function sheets
