Job description

We're looking for a 10 Month Maternity Cover - Events Manager to join our passionate, friendly, and ambitious Head Office team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow and deliver the events management plan and process
2. Plan and deliver showcase events, ensuring attendance of important clients such as event bookers, PAs, and key corporate guests
3. Plan and manage events booked by the Sales Team for all parties
4. Prepare function and run sheets, loaded into the specific Teams folder for Operations and Kitchen visibility, working to the outlined deadlines
5. Attend weekly meetings with the events manager to ensure knowledge of all function sheets is shared
