Master/Diagnostic Technician Opportunity 🚗✨

Location: Slough

Earnings

Basic Salary up to £45.5k for HVE

Bonus: Further £10,800

Generous basic salary with realistic total earnings of£55k+ (uncapped)

NO Weekend work: Monday - Friday only

32 Days holiday per year inc Bank Hols

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards 🔧
  • Communicate directly with customers to diagnose and resolve faults effectively 🗣️
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and repair techniques while coaching team members to enhance overall skills.
  • Progress to working on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology ⚡
What We’re Looking For:
  • A stable and progressive career within a high-quality dealership (Volkswagen Group experience is an advantage).
  • A recognised technician qualification relevant to the role.
  • Strong organisational skills, ensuring tasks are completed carefully, accurately, and on schedule to meet customer expectations.
