Job summary

BDO in London seeks a Markets Activation Manager to plan and deliver activation activity aligned to growth priorities within CR&O London. You will own local execution, run partner routines and collaborate with Senior Markets Activation Manager to iterate plans and sign off on steps toward growth.

The role requires strong experience in B2B sales enablement, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on delivering measurable activation outcomes and improving adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement/BD mobilisation in a complex B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Strong planning discipline; confident managing multiple dependencies and risks.
• Comfortable using metrics and insight to drive actions and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain the activation plan for the deployment area, including cohorts, cadence, stakeholder actions and measures.
• Consult with the Senior Markets Activation Manager to iterate plans, gain sign-off and ensure alignment to growth and priority areas.
• Define the minimum mobilisation materials required to run routines effectively.
• Lead delivery of partner routines and activation activity, ensuring stakeholders understand expectations and timelines.
• Run activation sessions and routines, capture actions and ensure follow-through is monitored.
• Coordinate with Campaigns, Content, Digital and Design to align timing, assets and messaging.
• Track KPIs and adoption measures for the deployment area and interpret changes.
• Provide reporting inputs and recommend optimisation actions based on insight.
