Training Support Administrator
Remote working

Now, we’re looking for a Training Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering expert solutions, building client relationships, and making workplaces safer, this role is for you.

A typical day:
  • Receive certification and correctly distribute these on to our clients via email and post.
  • Receipt Payment Order’s and update records appropriately once certification is received.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system.
  • Register Training events and Apply for Certification with our awarding bodies.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with phone calls and general enquiries/queries via email and ticketing system.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
  • Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business-like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
  • Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front.
What you'll bring:
  • Team player energy - working in a fast-paced and dynamic division.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience of administration in a previous role.
  • Organised and have experience in problem solving.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
