Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to grow customer participation and engagement across our brands. Working with Operations teams, you will identify opportunities to increase spend and ensure brand delivery across sites.

You will use customer insights and sales data to develop and test new ideas, sharing what works across the business to drive growth. This hands-on role requires strong analytics, campaign management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience working in hospitality, retail, foodservice, leisure or another multi-site environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Confident using data and insights to make recommendations and drive performance.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, promotions or customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience developing training materials or supporting operational standards would be beneficial.

About the Role
