Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a Brand Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, hybrid role based in the UK. You will guide brand storytelling and manage campaigns across a dynamic portfolio, aligning to business objectives and strengthening UK&I brand propositions.

You will lead with strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across functions to deliver campaigns, assets and brand standards that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

• Professional experience in brand, consumer or campaign marketing, ideally within multi-site environments.
• Strong campaign management and creative briefing capability.
• Excellent brand storytelling and content development skills across channels.

For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main Responsibilities Brand Storytelling Strengthen how the brands are positioned to clients and prospects in the UK&I market, understanding the competitive landscape, defining clear points of differentiation and USPs, and identifying opportunities and gaps to continually evolve and strengthen the brand propositions.

Brand & Campaign Management Own the annual marketing calendar and seasonal campaign development, creating engaging customer campaigns and experiences that build brand relevance, drive engagement and increase participation.

Optimise campaign activity using consumer, market, operational and performance insight, identifying what resonates with UK&I customers and applying those learnings to strengthen future campaign activity.

Brand Excellence & Optimisation Own brand guidelines, marketing standards and the definition of what good looks like, translating the brand strategy into clear and practical direction that helps Operations understand how the brand should be brought to life.

Use site visits and feedback to assess the customer experience and identify opportunities to optimise the brand, understanding how customers experience the proposition in practice and using those learnings to inform future campaigns, standards, assets and brand development.

Strong campaign management and creative briefing capability, with experience developing practical assets and toolkits.

Strong brand storytelling and content development skills across consumer, client and social channels.

Ability to use consumer, operational and performance insight to optimise campaigns and customer experience.

Strong stakeholder, project management and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
