Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Marketing Manager - Field Based to lead customer participation and engagement across our brands from Salford with a hybrid schedule. You will work closely with Operations to identify opportunities to grow spend, improve performance and ensure consistent brand delivery across sites.

You will use customer insights and sales data to test ideas, develop promotions, and share learnings across the business to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, foodservice, leisure or multi-site environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Confident using data and insights to make recommendations and drive performance.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, promotions or customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience developing training materials or supporting operational standards would be beneficial.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help grow customer participation and engagement across our brands.
