Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly organized Data Coordinator/Analyst to maintain accurate data records, produce reports, and support decision-making through data analysis and insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure data quality and meet reporting requirements.

The role involves data collection, validation, dashboard development, KPI tracking, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data, administration, reporting, or analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, and reporting functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
• Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database systems.
• Experience working with KPIs and performance reporting.
• Understanding of data quality and data governance principles.

About the Role
