An exciting opportunity has arisen to add a Marketing Manager to our small but growing marketing team to help deliver our company voice and reach people within our sector. Who are we looking for?

We need a motivated Marketing Manager to deliver our marketing strategy and curate engaging content for our website and LinkedIn. You will be leading on engaging with internal Stakeholders to manage marketing campaigns which will attract customers to our Environmental Health and Community Safety offerings. The role will include proactively identifying potential opportunities for growth and brand exposure through sponsorship activity, whilst supporting the Sales Director in developing/implementing our own commercial events packages through collaborations that mutually benefit ourselves and our partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage marketing administrative assistant roles
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Coordinate all marketing for the company
  • Assist with the messaging abroad as part of our international expansion
  • Develop our marketing strategy in line with company objectives
  • Oversee production of marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Create and implement social media campaigns across LinkedIn to increase social media engagements
  • Coordinate and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Work closely with internal and external designers
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Assist with preparations for colleagues attending exhibition events
  • Oversee the editing of media including video content
  • Identify sponsors for events
  • Identify new marketing avenues for products, training and services
  • Maintain up to date competitor analysis

Goals

  • Help to develop sponsorship and events packages
  • Enhance use of tracking data to improve marketing effectiveness and lead generation
  • Build our global footprint with our key products and services
  • Ensure continued success with our online presence especially across our website and LinkedIn
  • Improve monitoring of campaign effectiveness and provide monthly marketing reports
  • Ensure data from all sales leads is captured and analysed in the CRM
  • Expand jobs board offering
  • Build our YouTube Channel to become the market-leading video channel for Environmental Health and Community Safety

Salary and benefits

  • Hours of work: 35 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
  • Remote position with one day per week in our Bristol office.
