We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who can own our full marketing automation stack and drive lifecycle performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage all email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio)
• Own and maintain Zapier automations connecting Salesforce, Stripe, forms, Slack, and other tools
• Administer Salesforce CRM for marketing use—create and maintain fields, campaign setup, segmentation rules, and reporting
• Create lifecycle campaigns including lead nurture, onboarding, retention, and upsell
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on KPIs
• Ensure GDPR compliance and email deliverability best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM (admin-level comfort preferred)
• Advanced skills in Zapier and workflow automation
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaign flows
• Bonus: Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email, or SQL for segmentation
