Reports to: Marketing Lead & SR. Customer Account Manager

Location: Uxbridge office plus some off-site customer visits and shoots

Our aim is to provide customer service excellence with every order and to stock the most innovative and unique range of fine, specialist and staple products, tailored for the quality sector of the market.

At present, most of our customers are London-based, but we have already begun the expansion process into other major UK cities such as Manchester, Brighton and Bristol. The future is very promising!

Role Duties

• Marketing Plan and implementation of Marketing activities executing the 12 month Marketing Plan with the Commercial Team. Follow-up analytics.
• Social Media Content creation and Social Media Management – content creation including, photo, video, video editing, graphics etc. Copy writing for social media. Creative strategy – Coming up with new and relevant content ideas. Collaborate with other teams to organise content. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to create content. Build relationships with customers and suppliers. Social Media analystics. Being active and engaging – engaging with other relevant accounts, replying to direct messages and comments.
• Content Creation: Creating engaging blog posts and industry-specific blog content. Creating articles and ensuring SEO optimization.
• Generalist Marketing creation and production - of brochures, banners, flyers, promotional materials.
• Email Marketing: Email Campaigns (general and targeted). Creating email communications internally & externally. Strategy development. Audience segmentation. Measurable campaigns. Personalised and optimised campaigns.
• Marketing Admin (some): Update and maintain product information on company website. Update and maintain product images. Client database maintenance. Organise and manage the availability of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples for the sales team. Call customers based on website reviews. Customer feedback and surveys.
• Event Support: Create engaging invitations to attract customers to events. Support the team with planning and organisation of event. Retrieve post event feedback.
• Customer Loyalty: Organise customer gifting for new clients onboarded. Organise customer gifting and loyalty campaigns for customers.
• Market research: Research across all areas of marketing including target markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends. Interviewing customers – gaining relevant feedback. Conducting primary and secondary research. Customer profiling. Trend analysis and market forecasting. Help with topic research.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary qualification e.g.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Passion for food marketing and minimum 5 years experience in marketing.
• A real foodie!!! Passionate about premium and quality food & ingredients and experiences.
• Creative, innovative, pragmatic, commercial.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Professional.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and concentration. Well organised.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with people.
• Able to collaborate with others to create content.
• Very good organization and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Flexible and adaptable.
