Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London, EC2M (with potential for hybrid working)
Salary: £21.37 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – 3 months, with the view to becoming permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deliver high-impact marketing strategies that elevate our brand and support key service areas such as education recruitment and stakeholder engagement.

Based in the EC2M area of London, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns, lead a Marketing Assistant, and collaborate across departments to deliver results that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted marketing plans to support key service and recruitment initiatives
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns, including Google AdWords
• Maintain and update websites with engaging, SEO-optimised content
• Write clear and effective copy aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Coordinate the production of branded marketing materials
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align marketing efforts

About You:

Essential:

• At least 1 year in a Marketing Manager or similar-level role
• Proven experience delivering marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong digital marketing skills, particularly with Google AdWords
• Confident with website content management and editing
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, accuracy, and SEO
• Able to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong organisational skills
• Team-oriented with experience working across functions

Desirable:

• Experience with InDesign or similar design tools
