Job Description

We develop and run villages with the wow factor that enhance the lives of our owners, their family and their friends. Through our two brands, Mayfield Villages and Audley Villages, we offer stylish apartments and houses complete with the best facilities from bistros and bars, to health clubs and swimming pools. And, of course, exceptional service throughout. Through our dedicated care teams, we provide owners and customers in the local community with the support they need to remain independent. It's retirement, but not as the UK has known it.

This is a Fixed-term - Maternity cover position.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the post holder will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans and budgets to increase revenue across property and sales.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  1. Develop, organize, and implement marketing campaigns and promotions across the Group.
  2. Write and develop email content, ensuring key messages are included.
  3. Use CRM systems (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) to build and send targeted emails.
  4. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager – Digital to ensure campaigns are visible across digital platforms and align with brand guidelines.
  5. Develop content and proofread creative copy for clarity and accuracy.
  6. Support the delivery of marketing plans to increase revenue across all villages.
  7. Manage campaign materials, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  8. Manage external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  9. Work with the digital marketing team to update websites and social media channels in line with brand strategy.
  10. Research and analyze marketing data to inform strategies and report insights to senior leaders.
  11. Utilize feedback from owners and prospective owners to refine future campaigns.
  12. Assist operations with marketing materials to enhance customer experience across services.
  13. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure the provision of materials and customer-focused service.
  14. Support the local PR plan in collaboration with PR agencies and media outlets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in a marketing role, with experience in email campaigns and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with the ability to learn Marketing Cloud if needed.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Experience working with agencies and creative teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated team player committed to personal development.
