We are Living Planet, a fast-growing, innovative leader in the health and wellness industry, specializing in high-quality food supplements. Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Planet Paleo, Mushrooms For Life, Living Nutrition, and Botanicals For Life. We have a strong presence in high street stores across the UK and Europe and are expanding our e-commerce business.

Having successfully grown through outsourced marketing support, we now aim to bring our marketing function in-house to build a robust, integrated marketing department. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our multi-brand marketing strategy.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our in-house marketing team during this exciting growth phase. You will shape marketing strategies across multiple premium brands, manage retail relationships, oversee e-commerce expansion, and build a dedicated marketing team.

You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and boost customer engagement both online and offline. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and performance-driven strategies to position our products competitively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement multi-brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across high-street health shops and e-commerce platforms.
2. Build and develop our marketing team and oversee agency relationships.
3. Lead the creation of campaigns and content highlighting each brand's unique benefits.
4. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing to drive online sales.
5. Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and partnerships to maximize visibility and sales.
6. Collaborate with retail partners to develop in-store marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
7. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
8. Oversee the creation of engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and social media campaigns, to build brand authority.
9. Monitor and report on campaign performance across all channels, using data to refine strategies and meet KPIs.
10. Manage budgets to ensure ROI on marketing spend across channels.

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in food supplements.
2. Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies.
3. Strong understanding of digital and in-store marketing.

6. Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing software.
