Job Description:

Centric Software is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities for the Fashion, Luxury, Outdoor & Sports, and Retail markets in Northern Europe.

This role involves adapting and executing the EMEA marketing strategy in the UK, Nordics, Germany, and Eastern Europe, supporting local market penetration and new business development.

Responsibilities include managing an Event Coordinator, coordinating agencies and freelancers, working closely with content, digital, sales, and pre-sales teams to plan, develop, execute, measure, and optimize lead generation campaigns and events. You will also support large account approaches with targeted tactics.

This position reports to the EMEA Marketing Manager – Core Markets and is a 100% remote role based in EMEA, preferably in France or the UK.

Requirements include 5-7 years of experience in marketing within IT/software companies, strong leadership skills, creativity, and fluency in English. Knowledge of inbound marketing, marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and experience managing multiple projects are essential.
