We’re Hiring: Marketing Automation Executive (Remote)

About the Role
As a Marketing Automation Executive, you’ll take charge of lead generation and manage impactful marketing campaigns. This is your chance to make a big impact, working closely with the Sales team and an external Senior Marketing Consultant to deliver data-driven results. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing strategies to boost company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Marketing Campaigns: Utilize HubSpot to create and optimize campaigns, focusing on lead generation and email marketing.
  2. Automation & Workflows: Develop automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline lead nurturing processes.
  3. Content Creation: Craft compelling content for email marketing, landing pages, and social media, utilizing tools like Canva for brand consistency.
  4. Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  5. Sales Collaboration: Align marketing activities with sales goals, providing valuable insights to enhance lead qualification.
  6. Event Support: Assist in planning and promoting events and webinars, handling follow-up communications to maximize engagement.
  7. Lead Management: Oversee the full lead lifecycle using HubSpot, including segmentation, scoring, and nurturing.
What We’re Looking For
  1. HubSpot Expertise: 3+ years of experience with HubSpot in B2B marketing, email automation, and lead management.
  2. Campaign Management: Proven track record in running successful email and digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Creative Content Skills: Strong copywriting abilities for emails, social media, and landing pages.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate and interpret performance reports, offering strategic recommendations.
  5. Collaborative Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a knack for working effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  6. Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  7. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in content creation, data management, and reporting.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Experience in B2B E-Commerce Technology or Logistics sectors.
  2. Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies.
