White Horse Employment is collaborating with a large European company to recruit a Marketing Executive to support Digital Marketing across North Europe. The role is expanding marketing campaigns across its European sites, driven by growth in this area.

The position covers Digital Marketing consultancy and delivery, CRM & Email Marketing, analytics, website performance, and capability building to enhance engagement and conversions across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital marketing, CRM, digital platforms or digital experience roles within a large FMCG or multinational consumer goods organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience with website marketing and commerce technology.
• Agency management and budget ownership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
