Job summary

Adecco UK is seeking a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a growing international business. You’ll support campaigns, product launches and digital marketing, help build brand visibility, manage content on CMS platforms, and contribute to events, webinars and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline.
• Experience in marketing, communications or project coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Cloud apps.
• Experience managing website content through a CMS.
• Social media content creation and scheduling experience.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proactive, multi‑project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, communications and product launches from concept through to delivery.
• Support creation of sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, customer communications).
• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms.
• Create and schedule content across social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist with exhibitions, events, webinars and customer engagement activities.
• Adapt marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to support commercial objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a growing international business. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their marketing career, gain exposure across multiple marketing disciplines, and work closely with senior leaders to help drive business growth.

This is far more than a typical marketing role. You'll have the chance to contribute to campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, events, content creation and business development initiatives, all while helping to shape and develop a growing UK marketing function.

The Role

You’ll support a wide range of marketing activities and projects, helping to strengthen customer relationships, promote innovative products, and enhance brand visibility across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, communications and product launches from concept through to delivery.
• Support the creation of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and customer communications
• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms
• Create and schedule engaging content across social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
• Assist with exhibitions, events, webinars and customer engagement activities.
• Adapt marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud tools.
• Work alongside sales, product and marketing teams to support commercial objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute ideas and support the development of marketing processes and future business growth initiatives.

Ideally You’ll Have:

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
• Experience within a marketing, communications or project coordination role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign and ideally other Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience managing website content through a CMS.
• Social media content creation and scheduling experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A genuine interest in marketing, business growth and customer engagement.
