A UK-based marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator or Assistant to handle the coordination and delivery of marketing events across the UK and Ireland. The role requires a degree in marketing or event management and 2-4 years of event experience, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors. Ready to bring great ideas to life? We're looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator or Assistant to join our UK & Ireland Marketing team. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering outstanding marketing events, tradeshows, and internal programmes that make a real impact.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing events across the UK & Ireland.
  • Handle logistics - from venue selection and booth setup to supplier management and travel.
  • Manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships.
  • Support compliance processes for healthcare professionals and organisations.
  • Oversee mobile demo and simulator bookings.
  • Track event performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
  • Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or event management.
  • 2-4 years of event or tradeshow experience, ideally within healthcare or technology.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident with MS Office and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" mindset.
The details
  • Based in Winnersh, Berkshire, with a hybrid schedule (3 days office-based).
  • Up to 20% travel, mainly within the UK & Ireland.
