As Marketing Director, you will define and execute a high impact, commercially focused marketing strategy that drives measurable growth and delivers a consistent pipeline of high quality leads across digital, automated, and traditional channels. You will provide leadership to a small, high performing team, elevate marketing\'s influence across the business, and ensure budgets, performance marketing activity, and multichannel campaigns are optimised to maximise ROI and support the company\'s strategic ambitions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Marketing Director candidate is a commercially astute marketing leader with a proven track record in performance driven B2B growth, ideally within financial services or possibly a similarly regulated, data‑led environment. They will bring deep expertise in building high quality lead generation startegies and plans, optimising digital and automated campaigns, and using insight, analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable ROI.

A confident, collaborative influencer, they are comfortable operating at pace, partnering with senior leadership, and shaping marketing as a strategic revenue generating function. With experience leading and developing small, high performing teams, they combine hands‑on capability with the strategic clarity, communication skills, and leadership presence expected at Director level.
