RAPP, a world-leading precision marketing agency, seeks a Data Analytics professional in London to translate data into actionable client insights. You will be part of a cross-functional analytics team driving growth through data-driven decisions.

You will set up test-and-learn plans, leverage SQL/Python to extract and profile audiences, and deliver post-campaign analyses. Collaboration across client and analytics teams is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to pull data from cloud environments and build insights.
• Experience in data analytics within an agency, consulting or client-side with marketing/campaign datasets.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings to clients and teams.

Responsabilités

• Set up simple test-and-learn plans for marketing and CRM activities.
• Use AI tools to provide client insights on campaign elements and effectiveness.
• Create audience profiles and report to clients.
• Provide post-campaign analysis reporting to tell what worked and how to optimise future activity.
• Support the experience strategy team in data-driven customer journey development.
• Build a KPI tree or measurement framework to track key metrics.
