Job summary

RAPP is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join the team. You will work on client projects within the Marketing Sciences group, building data-driven insights and reporting to help clients grow their businesses.

You will contribute to data-driven customer journeys, KPI frameworks, and cross-team collaboration, applying your SQL/Python skills in a cloud environment and presenting findings to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to pull data from cloud environments and write code.
• Experience in an agency, consulting or client-side context with customer-related datasets (marketing analytics, sales, product analysis, profiling).
• Curiosity, attention to detail and ability to present findings to teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up test-and-learn plans for client marketing and CRM activities.
• Use RAPP’s AI tools to derive insights on creative elements and effectiveness.
• Create customer profiles and report insights to clients.
• Provide post-campaign analysis to inform optimization strategies.
