Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Marketing & Customer Analyst to join a specialist data team. You will help clients understand their customers and improve marketing performance through data-driven insights.

You will work across analytics projects using Excel, Python and Power BI to identify trends, analyse behaviour and evaluate marketing effectiveness, translating data into actionable recommendations for diverse brands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in marketing analytics, including agency-side experience.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related highly quantitative discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and confidence presenting analytical findings.
• Understanding of marketing performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CTR and conversion rates.
• Experience analysing customer behaviour, retention, segmentation and purchasing patterns.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable commercial insights.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer loyalty, retention, purchasing behaviour and campaign performance, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations, present insights to internal stakeholders and clients, and collaborate with wider marketing teams to support data‑driven strategies.
• Support data-driven marketing decision‑making across B2B and B2C portfolios.
