Job summary

Confidential in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator on a temporary basis to support the national marketing function. You will assist CRM, digital campaigns, content creation and customer communications while coordinating admin tasks and project work.

The role requires strong writing, detail orientation and comfortable use of Salesforce/MoEngage-like platforms. Hybrid office pattern with travel to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, communications, digital or administrative position.
• Excellent written English, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Comfort working with systems, data and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Digital Marketing: Supporting CRM, email marketing, SMS and customer engagement platforms.
• Campaign Coordination: Creating email templates and checking regional campaigns for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Content & Communications: Writing and proofreading marketing materials, customer communications and digital content.
• Customer Journeys: Helping to set up and test automated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Website & Systems: Carrying out website and system testing, identifying issues and coordinating fixes.
• Digital Content: Supporting customer communications, corporate video channels and online content.
• Marketing Resources: Maintaining guidance documents, marketing resources and intranet content.
• Team Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including invoice coding and project coordination.
