Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking a focused Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the team with accurate marketing materials and administrative tasks. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage timescales and others, while creating marketing material under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial/office environment.
• Microsoft Office and wider IT packages.
• A level qualification or above.
• Desirable: research, organisation, communication, copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor Contracts Advance and notices from public sector portals to identify potential new opportunities and communicate these to the Senior Bid Manager.
• Undertake administration tasks in support of the sales and bid functions.
• Manage external enquiries from the website or elsewhere, manage escalation and undertake initial communication with the potential customer
• Assisting with internal communications and engagement
• Support in administrative tasks for various marketing activities and events
• Support in coordination of content and campaigns
• Updating of website and other social channels
• Liaising across departments within the business
• Update HubSpot CRM, and maintain its accuracy to support pipeline management and internal reporting.
