Huntress - Bracknell is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the national marketing function. The role involves CRM, digital marketing, content creation and campaign testing across multiple regional sites.

The position offers hybrid working with two office days per week and travel to regional sites, reporting to the National Marketing Manager. Prior marketing or admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital or administrative roles.
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting and proofreading.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to produce clear, engaging content.

• Campaign Coordination: Creating email templates and checking regional campaigns for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Content & Communications: Writing and proofreading marketing materials, customer communications and digital content.
• Customer Journeys: Helping to set up and test automated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Website & Systems: Carrying out website and system testing, identifying issues and coordinating fixes.
• Digital Content: Supporting customer communications, corporate video channels and online content.
• Marketing Resources: Maintaining guidance documents, marketing resources and intranet content.
• Team Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including invoice coding and project coordination.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Temporary Contract | Minimum 2 Months

Location: Maidenhead

Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the office, with regular travel to regional sites

The Opportunity

Are you a creative, organised individual with a passion for marketing and communications?

We are working with an established and highly regarded UK business to recruit a Group Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its national marketing function.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting a variety of marketing activities across the Group, combining digital marketing, customer communications, systems support and administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your marketing experience, develop your digital skills and gain exposure to CRM systems, customer engagement platforms and exciting marketing projects.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a varied marketing support role.

• Experience in a marketing, communications, digital or administrative position.
• Excellent written English, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Confidence working with systems, data and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Desirable Experience

Experience using Salesforce, MoEngage, website content management systems or digital marketing platforms would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.

A marketing-related qualification would also be beneficial, although relevant experience and the right attitude are equally important.
