Confidential based in Halesowen is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team with administration, customer enquiries, quotations and invoicing. You will help maintain accurate CRM records and update the company website.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support.
• Experience managing and updating a website using a CMS, ideally WooCommerce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and time-management and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities as required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure high service levels.
• Update the company website and product information in the CMS.
