Job Description

Bring your campaign marketing experience, and be part of the team delivering exciting shopper campaigns across EMEA including store openings, brand campaigns and events. We create unforgettable brand experiences in LEGO Retail, to excite our fans of all ages.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver the EMEA LEGO Retail events calendar, including LEGO building events, workshops, and store anniversaries.

  • Support marketing campaign execution and shopper activations with Campaign Managers.

  • Manage local marketing initiatives to increase store footfall.

  • Lead marketing communications with store teams and share plans across EMEA functions.

  • Oversee in-store engagement programmes (e.g. Passport, event booking tool).

  • Provide ad-hoc support on campaigns and special projects across the team.

Do you have what it takes.

  • Experience in retail campaign or trade marketing, including expert knowledge of in-store shopper touchpoints, retail marketing operations, and experience delivering in-store events.

  • Hands-on experience in developing in-store materials, including working with external agencies.

  • Experience in delivering in-store marketing campaigns across multiple countries and channels.

  • Understanding of retail operations, both stores and eCommerce.

  • Project management and time management expertise.

This role is part of the LEGO Retail Regional Marketing team, supporting the EMEA region (WE & REEMEA). We localise global campaign plans for LEGO Stores and aligned with LEGO.com, while also driving regional initiatives such as PR, events, store openings, local and proximity marketing, and collaboration with Market Groups and Business Units.
