Job summary

Carey Olsen in Jersey seeks a Marketing Assistant to support the Assistant Manager across day-to-day activities and multiple practice groups. You will assist with events, campaigns, website updates and CRM input, working closely with the Brand and Digital/Web team and external agencies.

Graduate level candidates are preferred, with CIM qualifications a potential path after probation. Strong Office skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Some experience of working in a financial or professional services marketing team welcome, but not essential.
• Graduate level (2:1 or above) is preferred.
• Exceptional A level or college leaver considered.
• Opportunity to take CIM qualifications after probation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager on a wide range of day-to-day marketing activities.
• Help deliver marketing plans for Trusts, Private Wealth, Dispute Resolution, Property and Employment teams.
• Assist with events, including planning, RSVPs, hosting and registrations.
• Draft invitations and email campaigns and manage outreach.
• Support design and collateral using InDesign and liaise with external agencies.
• Update website content and upload materials following SEO best practices.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with targeted campaigns via the e-marketing system.
