Job summary

Smart Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing and communications across the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. The role covers customer communications, digital channels, events, campaigns, content creation, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, consistent brand messaging.

You will assist with planning and delivering campaigns, write and edit content for websites and emails, manage templates and assets, monitor performance, and help with budget tracking

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or digital role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading ability.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Competence using Microsoft 365 applications.
• A proactive, practical approach and willingness to support a broad range of activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of customer marketing campaigns across the three islands.
• Assist with product and service launches, customer acquisition and retention activity, and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, schedules, assets, approvals and distribution.
• Produce and maintain sales collateral, case studies and other commercial marketing materials.
• Write, edit and proofread content for websites, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, customer communications and printed materials.
• Adapt content for different brands, audiences and local island contexts.
