Job summary

Pinel Advocates in Jersey seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join its corporate and commercial practice. You will work on corporate transactions, local business, banking/real estate finance and general Jersey legal work, with direct client contact and early responsibility.

The role offers mentoring, exposure to high-quality matters and opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth in a collaborative environment, along with a competitive package including health and dental cover.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law within a broad Jersey practice.
• Technically strong with drafting and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to build lasting client relationships.
• A team player who enjoys a supportive, collegiate environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate transactions, local business, banking/real estate finance and related Jersey matters.
• Direct client contact with early responsibility and meaningful contribution to growth.
