We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our Market Street teams to deliver fresh products and ideas for our customers.

As a Market Street Team Leader, you’re the driving force behind our teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring our Market Street Counter standards remain exceptionally high through maintenance and improvements.
  • Multi-skilling colleagues across counters and providing them with the necessary tools.
  • Coordinating daily communication within counters, including Deli, Oven Fresh, Pie Shop, Fresh to Go, Bakery, and Cake Shop, and supporting colleagues where needed.
  • Creating a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all customers.
  • Creating an engaging department environment where colleagues are trusted to put customers at the heart of everything they do and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Building a supportive and performance-driven culture where achievements and contributions are recognized and rewarded.
  • Analyzing department data to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal obligations as specified by the company.

About you

You’ll be someone who has:

  • The ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance
  • Strong operational and technical knowledge of Market Street counters
  • The ability to plan, organize, and manage workloads effectively
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
