About our Team:

Reporting to the International Market Development Manager and working alongside Sales and Marketing, this role is essential to our success and is a core part of the Demand Generation function.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Market Development Representative to manage and grow qualified lead volume and sales pipeline. This role involves qualifying inbound inquiries, demand generation via email, social chat, and calls to target accounts, scheduling meetings for sales, and supporting events through pre- and post-event outreach. This is often the first point of contact for prospects and sets the tone for the sales cycle and relationship.

Key qualities include professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, energetic, and capable of working independently while building strong relationships with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and chat to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
  • Support demand generation efforts by promoting and following up on events.
  • Capture and document insights from conversations, ensuring CRM accuracy and providing marketing feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing to ensure lead quality and pipeline conversion.
  • Maintain a structured prospecting cadence and meet activity and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in sales, marketing, or customer-focused roles.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional and proactive approach.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with problem-solving and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
