Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in direct sales, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Entrepreneurial with pipeline ownership.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Research high-potential shipowners across maritime ecosystem.
• Execute personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Attend maritime or insurance events to generate leads.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and book meetings for the CEO.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously improve outreach.
