Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in ship structural management, hull integrity, or marine coatings.
• 5+ years in a shore-based technical management role within maritime operations.
• Experience with Steel Condition Assessment programs and UT measurement campaigns.
• Familiarity with PSPC requirements and QA/QC for marine coatings.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet-wide Steel Condition Assessment schemes and hull integrity management.
• Define UT measurement strategies and standardized visual inspection/rating methods.
• Coordinate with TechOps, Dry-Dock Planning, and AMOS for scope integration and budgeting.
• Provide structural/coating data to AMOS-X and support 1-in-5 dry-dock initiative.
• Develop fleet coating strategies and lifecycle cost considerations.
• Support risk and incident analyses for hull integrity and coating failures.
