Royal Caribbean Group, based in Weybridge, UK, seeks a Senior Manager, Maritime Technical - Hull Integrity to lead structural and coating strategies across the fleet. The role collaborates with Marine Asset Management, TechOps, and Dry-Dock Planning to enable data-driven lifecycle planning and asset preservation.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in ship structural management, with expertise in hull integrity, corrosion protection, and coating systems, plus experience with AMOS/CMMS and PSPC

Qualifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture or related engineering discipline.
• Experience 8–10 years in ship structural management or hull integrity.
• Coating inspection standards and PSPC knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop fleet-wide Steel Condition Assessment schemes and inspection programs.
• Define coating specifications and maintenance strategies for hull integrity.
• Coordinate dry-dock planning and input to budget and lifecycle planning.
