Job summary

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers in London is seeking an Engineering Production Controller to support a 24/7 engineering operation from the Head Office with occasional travel to other facilities. The role involves planning, maintenance documentation, and ensuring vessel readiness to meet KPI targets.

The position requires marine engineering knowledge, ISM/IMO familiarity, and the ability to work across teams, adapt to changes, and maintain high standards in safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of the UBTC fleet through effective planning.
• Maximise vessel availability while maintaining compliance and presentation standards.
• Ensure work packages are completed in line with procedures and quality.
• Compile and maintain maintenance documentation per procedures.
• Maintain reports to support KPI improvements.
