Job summary

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers is seeking a Production Controller to support a 24/7 engineering operation from the Head Office in London with occasional travel to other facilities. The role requires shift working and strong planning and data interpretation abilities.

The successful candidate will ensure fleet compliance, optimize vessel availability, and maintain high standards in vessel appearance. Relevant marine engineering knowledge is preferred, with strong communication skills throughout the

• Ensure compliance of the UBTC fleet through effective planning.
• Maximise vessel availability and maintain high appearance standards.
• Complete work packages to procedures and high standards.
• Compile maintenance documentation according to procedures.
• Maintain reports to improve KPIs.
