Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site or Project Supervisor from civils, construction, or heavy infrastructure background.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day delivery of mechanical works.
• Coordinate direct labour and subcontractor teams.
• Act as liaison between contractors and stakeholders.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Identify risks and implement solutions.
