Job summary

Willowtree Marina in Beaconsfield is seeking a hands-on Marina Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of the marina, combining maintenance, guest services and light administration to keep the site safe, welcoming and well presented for moorers and visitors.

Working largely independently at the marina, you will be a practical, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work, with support from the Beaconsfield office team as needed.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Confident handling a range of people and escalating when needed.
• Willingness to perform basic maintenance and report bigger repairs.
• Strong communication and customer service approach.
• Basic IT skills and administrative tasks suitable for marina context.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for moorers, contractors, deliveries and visitors.
• Respond to enquiries for moorings and look after basic administration for the marina.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks.
• Regularly clean the marina facilities, including toilets, showers, laundry room, communal areas and other facilities.
• Ensure the marina is presented well through regular cleaning of the external areas and carry out simple gardening tasks.
• Carry out basic maintenance and report larger repairs.
• Coordinate contractors attending the marina.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the marina.
