Premier Marinas Ltd seeks a Duty Manager to be based at Universal Marina. You will lead a team, ensure safe, efficient operations, and uphold first-class customer service standards. The role includes a rotating Duty Manager schedule, with weekend work and on-call duties for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and coaching a team.
• Ability to delegate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Environmental and Health & Safety management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marina Manager to run the site efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and develop high standards of customer service and facilities.
• Rotate duties as Duty Manager as scheduled.
• Promote and maximise marina profitability across income streams.
• Develop staff progression and communicate business changes.
• Build strong relationships with onsite tenants.
