Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Associate within the Margin Services Operations Service Delivery (OSD) team. You will promote strategic initiatives and support the success of Global Operations for a diverse portfolio of buy-side derivatives clients.

You will manage client queries, maintain service levels, and collaborate with Relationship Management to deliver client reviews and workshops. Strong communication and financial-model understanding are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing client queries for end-to-end Margin Services.
• Monitor and maintain operational SLAs, owning escalations to remediation.
• Use data to highlight improvement opportunities in client operating models.
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service for reviews and workshops.
• Develop networks across internal stakeholders and manage cross-region projects.
• Provide reporting, analytical, communications and project support to MS Operations management.
• Support audits, regulatory and compliance deliverables; drive action plans.
