Job summary

You will support monthly testing cycles, collaborate with custodians and brokers, and test account readiness before go-live.

Qualifications

As an Automation and Testing Senior Associate within the Margin Services team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiencies and scalability across our business, delivering innovative automation solutions aligned to the increasing demands of the business. Working collaboratively across our operational teams, you will support monthly testing cycles, alongside working with external custodians and brokers to test account readiness ahead of new activity going live. You will gain exposure to new Intelligent Automation tools and ML/AI experts while developing your skills and supporting senior decision makers.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining processing, analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.
• Help integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and operations to deliver process efficiencies.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor key data metrics and assist in preparing reports and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Adhere to data governance, permissions, and compliance standards to protect sensitive information.
• Identify and help resolve data-related issues, optimizing data structures and processes for improved performance.
• Drive and support the testing requirements associated with new custodian and broker on boards to Margin Services.
  

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikSense, Instabase, or Data Bricks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze, and visualize data sets for actionable outcomes.
• Highly numerate with good keyboard and core systems (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with team members and stakeholders.
  

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices in financial services or similar regulated industries.
• A working knowledge of Python, JAVA or SQL.
• Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, or integrating data solutions into business applications.
• Interest in process improvement and solving data, process, or finance challenges.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
