Job summary

Safran in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Specialist to create, update and deliver manufacturing training solutions. You will own regulatory training, on-the-job training, and learner-focused packages, analysing needs and feedback to design engaging materials while aligning with safety and continuous improvement.

You will deliver classroom and practical training, develop relevant materials, assess safety knowledge, and contribute to Safran University through effective training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/training environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Experience delivering classroom and practical training.
• Qualified or experienced in training roles.
• Knowledge of processes in similar manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts.
• Understanding of regulations (CAA) in training context.
• TWI understanding beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training and customer service within manufacturing units.
• Teach policies, procedures and production systems in classroom and practical settings.
• Develop training materials for new processes or procedures as required.
• Assist in developing manufacturing policies and procedures for training programs.
• Assess employees' knowledge of safety regulations to identify concerns.
• Validate training and report metrics on ROI and benefits.
