Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is offering a 12-month Manufacturing Engineering Internship in Oxfordshire. You will join an engineering team at Magnet Technology, contributing to the manufacture of high-tech MRI components and working across Eynsham and Bicester facilities.

You will gain hands-on experience in modern manufacturing operations, with structured development and opportunities to lead small projects while advancing technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Physics. Completing a 12-month industrial placement or sandwich year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth insight into manufacturing operations at a modern high-tech facility.
• Take on challenges including new product development, facility development and process improvements.
• Work as part of a team to contribute to and complete engineering projects.
• Participate in the 12-month Intern Development Programme focusing on softer skills such as teamwork and commercial awareness.
