Job summary

Vickerstock is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the continued development of its manufacturing workforce in an industrial environment. You will deliver practical technical and compliance training, assess employee competency and maintain high standards across operations, working with Production, Engineering, Quality and HSE teams to drive safety, quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experienced trainer with a strong background in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience delivering technical, operational or compliance training.
• Experience assessing employee competency and developing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical technical training across manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Train and assess employees in the safe use of tools, equipment, machinery and processes.
• Deliver training against SOPs, Work Instructions and safe systems of work.
• Provide operational, safety and compliance training.
• Manage onboarding and competency development for new employees.
• Develop competency assessments, skills matrices and training plans.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training interventions.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs and visual work instructions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality, productivity and safety through training.
• Maintain accurate training and competency records.
